Growing Your Business

Growing your business requires staying on top of trends, promoting new products and techniques, and strategically integrating your products into your education program.  Idea books can help you achieve these goals.  Idea books are available for most if not all arts, crafts, and hobbies and can be your customers best help when they are on their own at home.  Great ideas and classes are great helps when you have your customers focused attention, but, when your customer leaves, it is helpful for them to have an idea book.  Publish your own idea books, whether you photo copy them or have them as a downloadable file.

One of the most important changes we can make is to take a more active approach in helping our customers of all interests and all skill levels preserve their memories, and help them to be more creative in their crafting talents.

Be friendly, know your customers names.  Encourage and inspire your customers and build or create an environment that your customers want to come back to and to get ideas from.  Show your customers how thankful you are that they have chosen you over all the other choices they had.
